Brilliant! Lovely listening to you both. Thanks to you, Catherine, I now use my electric Aga quite differently.

When I’m making chicken stock, or boiling chick peas, for example, both of which require about 30 minutes at high pressure, I turn the hot plate off immediately HP has been reached. I leave the PC on the hot plate, and when the pressure has dropped, the stock is made, and the chick peas are perfect.
